Summer Fun in Ching Park
While many in the city searched for ways to have fun while staying local during the August Long Weekend, there were others who looked no further than the “Summer Fun at Ching Park” event that took place during the 4 day period. Activities were in abundance throughout Chinguacousy Park – with a barn complete with farm animals, petting zoo, Pony Rides, mini golf, splash pad, and so much more!
While many with two legs had a blast with so much to do, many of their four-legged friends were part of a very special competition held throughout the entire weekend. The Skyhoundz Regional Disc Dog Championships World Qualifier and the Canadian National Disc Dog Championships ran simultaneously, causing “ooh’s” and “ahh’s” from those in attendance. So, while many hit the cottages for the August long weekend, the people we SNAP’d were more than happy to be right here in Brampton!
